Missed the shipping deadline for your wristband, bought a hardcopy ticket, or are you a first-time festie who put your wristband on too tight (no judgment)? No problem!

Get your festival admission sorted early, visit off-site check-in at The Ritz Ybor (1503 E 7th Ave, Tampa, FL 33605) with a valid photo ID and your ticket order to pick up your wristband on weekdays preceding the event!

Off-Site Hours of Operation

Early wristband pickup is available off-site beginning Wednesday, May 24th continuing through Friday, May 26th.

• Wednesday, May 24th: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday, May 25th: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday, May 26th: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

On-Site Hours of Operation

On-Site wristband pickup is available during both days of the festival.

• Saturday, May 27th: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday, May 28th: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
